We ship to most countries worldwide. A small number of remote destinations may be unavailable at checkout — if your country isn't listed, email support@yphplumb.shopand we'll do our best.
2. Shipping cost
- Free shipping on all orders over $55 USD.
- Orders under $55 are charged a flat shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- All prices and shipping are charged in USD.
3. Processing & delivery times
- Processing: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- UK: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: typically 5–10 business days.
- US, Canada & rest of world: typically 7–15 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather and customs can affect timing, especially during peak winter demand.
4. Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

6. Lost or delayed parcels
