1. The 14-day return window
You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
2. Items we can't accept back
For hygiene and practical reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty:
- Cut-to-fit / trim-to-size items that have been opened and cut (e.g. foam lagging, seal strip, garage seal).
- Self-adhesive products where the backing has been removed.
- Inflatable items (e.g. chimney balloon) once used.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including any return shipping. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
4. How to start a return
- Email support@yphplumb.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Pack items securely — you're responsible for them until we receive them.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. We refund the product price; original shipping is non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
6. Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it for a full refund. EU/UK consumers also have statutory cancellation rights for eligible items.
